Our Process

We widely categorize our work in 3 main parts.

Planning, Designing and Execution.
Each process is run transparently with our clients to have their perspective clearly embedded in our functioning.

Planning

We intensely immerse ourselves in our clients' vision and direction, then provide them with distinctive and apt themes to go with their ideas. With help of various mood boards, visual designing of the venue with detailing of the decor, light and sound system, technical equipment, samples of linen, flower arrangements, props, etc, we discuss precisely what our client desires.

Designing

Here, we conceptualize a general layout of the venue, then we elaborate on the finer details with the pre-decided mood board and create 3D representation for an original and realistic depiction of how the venue would seem like on the final day.

Execution

Once all discussions about event flow, decor, designing, and other intricacies are done, and we thread it all together with its functionality, we arrive at an actual budget. From the first meet to production and installation, to the post event breakdown, our team ensures perfection, so that our clients are not just satisfied but content with our services rendered.
